Installation

1. Install the app in Shopify admin.
2. Approve required permissions.
3. Enable the Theme App Extension to activate the live chat widget.

Uninstallation

Uninstall from Shopify admin. Data handling follows the Privacy Policy.

Troubleshooting

• Widget not visible: verify the Theme App Extension is enabled and published.
• Access issues: confirm permissions were granted during install.

Billing

Subscriptions are managed through Shopify billing.
